Three Rivers Auto Glass
  • Can I drive the car right away?

In most cases, you'll be able to drive your vehicle within one hour following the completion of your installation.
  • Do you bill the insurance company directly?

Yes, we handle direct billing with insurance companies. We're a preferred provider across all major insurance networks.
  • Do you have mobile service?

Yes, we offer mobile service to your home or workplace at no extra charge. Unlike some competitors who add mobile service fees on top of their quoted price, we don't charge additional fees for coming to your location.
  • Do you replace inspection stickers?

Yes, we carefully remove the inspection sticker from your old windshield and transfer it to the new one.
  • Do you use OEM glass?

Yes, we use original equipment manufacturer glass. Our primary suppliers include PPG, Pilkington, Carlite, and Mopar.
  • What is the lowest temperature that you will come to my location and work outside?

We'll come to your location and work outdoors in temperatures as low as 20 degrees. Some companies won't work outside below 50 degrees, but the Sika adhesive we use allows for a safe drive-away time of 60 minutes even at 0 degrees. This means you can safely drive your vehicle in under an hour after we finish the installation.
  • Why do I need to have an ADAS recalibration done?

Most newer vehicles are equipped with front-facing cameras attached to the windshield that support driver safety systems designed to prevent collisions and injuries. Following a windshield replacement, vehicle manufacturers typically require recalibration of these camera systems. This recalibration ensures your safety features function properly and deliver accurate information to you while driving.
  • Do I need two different recalibrations?

Recalibration requirements are determined by your vehicle's manufacturer and depend on the specific safety technologies installed in your vehicle. Based on these requirements, you may need a static recalibration, a dynamic recalibration, or both.
  • How long will my recalibration take?

The duration of your recalibration depends on your specific vehicle. Typically, either a static or dynamic recalibration takes 45 minutes to an hour beyond the windshield replacement time. If both types of recalibration are required, your total appointment may take an additional 1.5 hours.
  • How can I check that the recalibration was successful?

Once the recalibration is complete, our technician will go over the post-calibration report with you. If you're using insurance coverage for the service, we'll provide you with a copy of this report for your records.
